What to Bring

  • Hoops! Big small, bring ’em all
  • LED toys and other props to play with and share
  • Fire props, fuel, safety gear (We will have fuel for first-time spinners only)
  • Camping gear — tent, sleeping bag, pillow, bed roll or air mattress
  • Flashlight
  • Bug Repellant Protocol (We’re big fans of Insect Defend patches. All Home Hardware stores carry them)
  • Yoga mat
  • Camera
  • Journal
  • Specialty food items (all meals and snacks will be provided but please bring anything you’ll need to stay nourished)
  • Towel & bathing suit
  • Lots of layers
  • Warm clothes and wooly socks for evenings around the fire
  • Water bottle
  • Earplugs
  • Suggested Costumes: Tight & Bright Friday / Stripes Ahoy Saturday / Onesie Sunday

What not to bring

  • Glass — not even a little bit!
  • Private music amplifiers
  • Dirty creams, soaps, toothpastes SPF. Although resilient, the ecosystem is not bullet proof. For this reason, the farm has a zero-tolerance policy on all non-approved creams, soaps and cosmetics.  Your own food/earth based cosmetics like Coconut oil, Shea butter, Essential oils are encouraged!

 House Rules

  • Leave no trace — if you bring it in, you’ve gotta take it home
  • Wash yourself at designated shower/wash stations only — not in the pond. Ever.
  • No smoking in common areas especially inside Little Top — there are designated smoking spots with disposal units for butts
  • Cars must remain parked in the parking lot (not on the road or in the driveway)
  • All bathers must rinse/wipe before entering the swimming hole or hot tub
  • The swimming hole is unsupervised and swimming is at the sole peril and risk of In Flow participants. Jumping from the rocks is ABSOLUTELY prohibited. If you do, you’ll be asked to leave so please don’t!
